Dr. Elise Victor is an AI strategist, educator, healthcare leader, and entrepreneur working at the intersection of future of work leadership, responsible AI, and ethical innovation. With over 25 years of experience across health, tech, and business, and a Ph.D. in Health Informatics, she brings a uniquely human-first lens to emerging technology.
Elise simplifies complexity. Whether developing curriculum, advising organizations, or leading workshops, her focus is on building real-world solutions that reflect how people actually learn, work, and grow. Her work bridges AI strategy, digital ethics, and system design, anchored in the belief that innovation should elevate human potential.
She is the founder of TruSTAR Learning, a curriculum development firm serving forward-looking institutions and businesses. Through custom programs, Elise equips teams, professionals, and students with the knowledge and mindset to lead through change, preparing them not just to use AI, but to use it wisely.
She’s also an accredited investor with the North Texas Angel Network, a licensed Realtor and entrepreneur at TruHome Real Estate. She spent 7 years at the University of North Texas and taught graduate students in the Information Science program.
